MOWING SERVICE

Let us provide the perfect mowing program for your lawn. We include the following with our mowing program.

STANDARD MOWING SEASON (MARCH-SEPTEMBER)

We visit your property weekly to mow, trim, edge, and blow hard surfaces for a final clean. Mowers are setup to mulch clippings, however, bagging is offered for an additional fee. St. Augustine lawns are commonly cut at 3.5-4.25" and Bermuda/Zoysia is cut at 1-2".

FALL SERVICE (OCTOBER-THANKSGIVING)

In the Fall we switch to bi-weekly service automatically, but can still service weekly based on customer needs. Fall service is focused on mulching and or bagging leaves, keeping the property clean of landscape debris, and preparing your turf for winter dormancy.

WINTER SERVICE (DECEMBER-FEBRUARY)

Each customer can choose from 1x per month, 2x per month, or stay weekly when needed. Once the grass goes dormant for the winter and no longer needs to be cut, we focus on leaf cleanups, bed cleaning, weed treatments, and shrub trimming as needed.

WALK BEHIND ONLY SERVICE

We offer walk behind only mowing service upon request for lawns up to 10,000sf. Additional cost may apply as we will use smaller mowers that our team members walk behind vs. riding on and adding additional weight to the mower.

LAWN SERVICE STANDARDS

We will mow your lawn at the proper height of cut for your specific type of turf grass and make seasonal adjustments as needed.
We use string trimmers to maintain flower/tree beds, fence lines, driveways, and curb edges.
All surfaces are blown clean at the conclusion of each service including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks.
We use equipment properly sized for your lawn and offer pricing to accommodate push only service with smaller mowers or more efficient pricing with larger mowers.
All members of our service team wear a standard uniform and proper safety equipment while working on your property.
Mower blades are sharpened 1-2x per week to guarantee the best cut quality possible.
We carry full liability insurance and workers comp.
